How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 24 hours. Priority delivery (12 hours) is available with the Complete Package. Delivery times are calculated from when we receive your garden photos.
How many revisions are included?
Individual products include 2 free revisions. The Complete Package includes 3 free revisions. Additional revisions are available for a small fee.
What format are the deliverables in?
Renderings are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files (4K). Floor plans are delivered as PDF. Videos are delivered as MP4 files in 4K resolution.
Do you work with any garden style?
Yes! Our AI can generate designs in any style — modern, traditional, Mediterranean, Japanese, cottage, xeriscape, and more. Just let us know your preference when ordering.
What if I'm not satisfied with my design?
We offer free revisions with every order. If you're still not satisfied after your included revisions, additional revisions are available for a small fee. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we don't offer refunds once deliverables have been sent. However, we work closely with you through revisions to ensure you love the result.
